I am a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS degree in Business Administration. I worked in the corporate world for many years before becoming a full time Mom in 1996.

I have been an animal lover all my life as well as an animal rights activist. My love for animals extends far beyond dogs and cats. I have volunteered for the Richmond Animal League and the Loving Spay and Neuter Clinic.

In 2010, I went back to school to become a veterinary technician. I gained a great deal of knowledge while working with an emergency veterinary practice. I quickly learned, however, that becoming a "vet tech" was not going to work for me. It was the warm, cuddly, loving side of working with animals that was my true calling.

My experience includes bottle feeding scared and orphaned kittens and nursing them back to health, working with feral colonies, and administering medicines to geriatric cats and dogs. I’ve also cared for scared or injured wildlife while waiting for a wildlife rehabilitator.

Furry Family Pet Care is my full time and only job, to which I am passionately dedicated. FFPC will not leave you searching for other options if at all possible. I believe that pets do best with consistent care giving.

Thank you for taking the time to check us out. We appreciate it very much and hope to become your pet care provider!
